Do you make custom tags?
We get this question a lot and the answer is YES, we do offer custom tags but there are a few things you need to know.
Can I order just 1 custom tag?
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) must be 100 pieces. That means, we can't make just 1 tag. The reason behind this is due to the materials, set up, and process. Everything needs to be in bulk and everything needs to be the same. You won't be able to choose 50 of this, or 50 of that.
How long does it take?
Lead time is around 4 weeks. Our manufacturing partners are overseas. Once an order is submitted, our partners will create sample and a photo will be shared. Once confirmed, manufacturing process begins and there's no turning back.
What type of tags can you make?
There are 3 options, embroidery, woven or dye sublimation (heat transfer). Each tag has a front and back side.
Embroidery is great for simple designs with less detail. A maximum of 7 colours can be used in total.
Woven is great for more detailed images and a maximum of 10 colours can be used in total.
Dye sublimation is great for full colour images that are detailed.
Standard size tags are usually 13cm x 3cm but other sizes can be made. Do know that prices will vary depending on this.
How much does this cost?

Shipping costs is extra depending on where it's being shipped to. That will be calculated after as well.
If you want to order more than 100, we do have price breaks at 500, 1000, 1500, 2500 and plus (if more, we can negotiate).
Full payment is required for orders of 100. Larger orders, a 30% non refundable deposit can be made and the final 70% will need to be paid before shipping.
All custom orders are final sale. Once an order is set and the process begins, there are no refunds.
Can you help with the design?
Yes we can. Each design that comes through, we will need to determine if it's possible to be made. Changes may be requested.
How can I set up an order?

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
